Gwangju 2019: FINA Aquatic Championship Day 4 Report. Shi and Wang Continue Their Dominance In Diving as Ukraine Made History on Debut

The FINA Aquatic Championship is ongoing in Gwangju, South Korea.
This competition is hosted biennially
The championship kicked off on the 12 of July 2019 and will be on 28 of July 2019. The athletes are not only competing for a podium finish at the Aquatic Championship but it also served as a qualification base for Tokyo 2020
Olympic Games.

Venue(s):
Nambu University, Chosun University, Yeosu Expo Ocean Park, Yeomju Gymnasium.

Results:
China continues their dominance on the medals table at the end of day four(4) as they add two extra gold medals in Men's 10m Platform Synchro and the Women's 3m Springboard Synchro as they continue to dominate the diving session.
Women's 3m Springboard Synchro Final:

After the preliminaries top twelve (12) finishers qualified for the finals. In the finals both duo representating different countries will perform five (5) rounds of diving.
China's representatives Shi Tingmao (a double Olympic gold medallist) teamed up with two-time world champion Wang Han stepped up to win Gold🥇🥇.
Silver🥈🥈: Canada (Jennifer Abel and Melissa Citrini-Beaulieu).
Bronze🥉🥉: Mexico (Paula Sanchez and Melany Torres).

Ukraine made history by becoming the first team to win this event, on her World Aquatic Championships debut.

Artistic Swimming: Mixed Duet Technical Final.

After the preliminary stage nine(9) countries (9 pairs) to the final and each duo must perform 5 required set of elements in their routines.
But Russia, Italy and Japan made it to the podium and also qualify for Tokyo 2020 Olympic.

Diving: Men's 10m Platform Synchro Final.

This was China's 7th Gold medal in the Championship as they continue their lead right from day 1.
This category also saw a 13 year old Ukraine diver Oleksil Serada making it to the final. He paired up with 17 year old Oleh Serbin but they couldn't make it to the final 3

The early hours of the day didn't present any good news to the host as Greece humiliated South Korea 22-1.
