I've always found the pass interference call in a general sense to come with excessive punishment. I can kind of understand the first flag that was thrown, but that one in the end zone couldn't have been caught by Shaquille O'Neil if he was in the end zone by himself.
I wanna say that years ago it was a 15 yard penalty with auto first down and was later changed to "spot of the foul" but I am not 100% on this.
