How To Remain Injury Proof During Back Workout

There is a chance of pulling a muscle when you do workout of your back because our spine is held at its place due to very fragile muscles like extensor flexor and oblique muscles. There are very soft tissues within our spine that enable our spine to bending and arching.

Muscle strain occurs when fat muscles is stretched or torn which in turn damages the muscle fiber. This type of situation is more often when we lift with wrong technique or we lift more weight and put more strain on our muscles. Actually to train our back to lift weights we have to train our glutes and hamstring at the same time weaker glutes or hamstrings can put more stress on back.
Another problem that is related to our working posture can also become the cause of back injury. Most of the time we type or drive with rounded back so if our body remains in that position throughout the day than it becomes very difficult for the muscles to change there state at once when we start lifting weight.

Back muscle injuries can occur because of the wrong position during sleep, sleep is very influential because at bedtime all the muscles will rest and not move at all, the mattress can also be the cause of one of them.
