McGregor starts Tweeting again and it really isn't pretty
For whatever reason that I think his lawyers and PR team are probably responsible for, Conor McGregor's tweets started looking like they were written by someone else, which they almost certainly were, and then they just kind of went away completely for a bit. This all started after his civil prosecution on a sexual assault charge in Europe that he will do no time for, but is costing him some money. The real money it is costing him is the amount of sponsors that now want nothing to do with the guy and also the fact that upcoming films he was scheduled to be in have cancelled his parts on those films. All it takes is one of the convictions and then everyone is going to turn their backs on ya.
I think that Conor was being told to lie back, stay in the shadows, and wait for this to blow over... which I think would be really solid advice but just think for a minute who we are talking about here ok?

Conor became the most successful and famous MMA fighter of all time by being a loudmouth and being a bit nuts. This kept eyes on him and kept him in the spotlight even once it looked like he wasn't even going to fight successfully anymore. I thought for ages that this was all an act but then when he attacked a bus carrying fellow MMA fighters in New York I started to think that maybe this guy's fame has just lead to some sort of god complex where he thinks he can do anything he wants and never get in trouble for it.

I think his handlers took his phone away for a bit but a couple of recent posts show that Conor might actually be a very troubled individual. Joe Rogan, among others, have suggested that Conor has fallen off with everyone and just really enjoys partying and drugs more than anything else and Joe, who is often correct about these sorts of things has suggested that McGregor will never fight in UFC again.
Just look at this Tweet that is defending a guy who said some naughty things on a podcast named Bryce Mitchell.
"Saying a prayer for my God-fearing brother Bryce Mitchell tonight, who I know is a good man. Let this be acknowledgement/confirmation of the rise in antisemitic commentary, as well as all sorts of other bulls***, phobic, racist commentary, that spreads feverishly and instantly across the world wide web where we, as curious beings, are brainwashed into all sorts of thinking. For what ? For one reason and one reason only. Human division. We say NO!
Just for context, Bryce Mitchell is getting flak because he said on his podcast that Hitler was a good guy and listed many reasons why he thought that was the case.
Conor's response is actually quite reserved and dare I say, even a bit thought out before hitting the send button, but one that he put out aimed at Khabib after fellow Irishman Paul Hughes was defeated by a member of the Khabib Dagestan MMA crew.
“15 minutes I done aldo 15 seconds. Show yo wife n****. Show yo kids n****. Cousin fin motherfin hidin motherfer. Show us you and your cousins kids together because we have kids here in Ireland that wanna smoke them in competition. Are they competing or what are you saying Ireland vs Dagestan? Where’s your offspring, we cant wait to see them. The best of Dagestan offspring? Dagestan, what do we think? Is this true? Who’s next [because] fatso with the coach whistle won’t fight. Who the f designated this fat b**** as master father? Certainly not his own father. Abdulmanap. And they all know it in Dagestan. Dagestan think you are p**** lips for retiring. Real Dagestan is forever. You are laughed at behind your back in Dagestan. Lazy you are, they say. Fight me and make a 100 million dollars and give it to the entire village of Dagestan! But you won’t, why? Fat lazy scared b****. Lazy fasto.”
That isn't supposed to be in bold but there were so many asterisks in there to block the profanity that the html handler just went nuts.
Do these look like the words of a person that has all of his sane ducks in a row?
Conor isn't doing himself any favors going after Khabib like this because anyone that saw the one and only time those two fought one another remembers that Khabib handled an in much better shape than he is now Conor quite easily via submission.

Maybe Conor fans get a kick out of his tirades or maybe Conor has accepted the fact that the sponsors are not going to come back no matter how "nice" he pretends to be and is just fully embracing the off the rails bad boy persona now - which honestly, is who I think the real McGregor is anyway. Either way, the tweets are not helping him as far a public relations are concerned nor as far as a return to UFC might be concerned either. But then again, maybe Conor has no interest in returning to fighting anyway. He does seem to have an interest in throwing mad-lad Tweets out the door every now and then though and I guess that appeals to quite a few people since his Tweets get immediate traction even though he normally ends up deleting them shortly thereafter probably at the advisement of some legal team.
