Sports a thing of beauty? Or harm?
I think sports are a thing of beauty, but yes it is also harmful: see if your son or daughter loves sports, you can’t just say no right? You have to let them try it to know they really like it. I know some parents are going to read this article and say my child will never play sports, but they never realize how that can develop friendship and relationships with people. Parents I encourage you to put your children in a sports camp to develop a social life so that they know how to work as a team when they grow older and get a job; especially if they want to play in pro sports leagues like the NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL, MLB and so on. Sports can also teach your children how to be a good sport on and off the field, and not to get angry if their team loses or if he/she didn’t have a good game. I can see why some parents don’t want their children to play sports because of the injuries that happen, I understand they don’t want their child to get hurt, but it’s part of sports and yes it sucks that they have to deal with a major injury; even a very minor injury. Parents I say again if they really enjoy the sport let them play and see what they want to do in the future. Sports have injuries but I’d consider putting them in the sport to develop friendship and relationships.
