HORSE RACING BET FOR 13TH JULY

Good morning everyone,

I’m returning today to try and get us back to winning ways. There are some competitive races today at Newmarket, and that’s where my selections will come from today. I’m going to go for a single bet and a double today.

Single win bet of £20- Newmarket 2.25, Number 6 Gossamer wings 9/2-

The two that head the market have been impressive in their two and three runs respectively. They battled it out last time in a tight finish, which saw main edition keep his unbeaten run. They will both be close up in the finish again. However, I find the O’Brien runner very interesting in this. The trainer has won the last two renewals of this race, and the selection was beaten a short head in a group 2 last time. I really fancy him to improve on that run and come out on top today.

3.00 Newmarket, Number 2 Wissahickon 5/2-

This horse keeps improving, looking like a group horse in the making. He looks to have a lot of more room for improvement and should get the better of Beringer once more.

4:45 Newmarket, Number 5 Hamada 3/1-

Elgin looks to have taking a real liking to this sphere and is once again very dangerous. However, I am taking him on with the selection. He is 2-2 this season, and his pedigree promises stamina. With that in mind, I’m confident he will improve past Elgin.
