Useful apple-oatmeal cookies without a single extra calorie

After this cookie you will not want another!

Ingredients:

2 apples
350 g of oatmeal
100 ml of kefir fat-free
cinnamon to taste
any nuts or dried fruits at will

Preparation:

Mix oatmeal with yogurt, leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

Then add grated apples, cinnamon and dried fruits.
Stirring.

We form a wet hand cookies and put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake at 200 C for 20-30 minutes.
