This is a recap of a group stage game between these 2 teams. At that time I predicted that Belgium is not an underdog and I took the @3.50 odd and it turned out that Belgium was too much for the English team. The game ended with a 1-0 result and I expect the same thing to happen here. England came very far, but this is as far as their quality will take them. Croatia had proven to be too much for them, even though the Brits were very confident that they are already in the finals, but the Adriatic fire squad proved them wrong and knocked them out in the last 20 minutes of the game.

BELGIUM:

I really like the way they play, a very good offense with a strong defense, with not much mistakes. I'm kinda sorry that they didn't get to the finals. France was better that day, but on a different day, they would go all the way. I'm expecting Belgium to stay consistent and that they will score here at least once. I don't think that the loss against France will have anything with their motivation, they are a better team and they will have the chance to prove that again here. None of the players are injured or missing. The squad is full and ready to go and they had one day more to rest and regroup than their opponent.

ENGLAND:

They have proven themselves to a certain degree, but totally overrated when it comes to where they actually belong in this tournament. They passed through an easy group and didn't have the hardest opponents before Croatia, I guess luck was on their side this year, not sure if they will repeat this run anytime soon. I do believe that their hype is gone and they will not be able to bounce back and take the 3rd place. They had a hard time scoring in the first game against Belgium, this game shouldn't be much different. 3 players are injured and they haven't scored against Belgium 2 weeks ago, what would things be any different here?

The bookies are overreacting with the goal line...2 - 2.5 goal makes sense, but 3 is too much in a game that actually doesn't mean a lot and just 2 weeks ago the same teams scored only 1 goal. Hard to believe that England would make it through the Belgium wall this time. I think their motivation is gone, they were on a good run, but now that the run is over, they will show what kinda team they really are. I don't believe they can win this one, and in my opinion, this one should end 1-0 or 2-0 in regular time for Belgium. Both teams are more than capable of scoring 3 goals themselves, but not against a defense like Belgium has. I'll follow the history on this one and focus on under 3 and Belgium win in regular time, but if I had to choose I would go with the under.
