I'm really surprised by this.

I knew Mexico is a great team.

They showed that few years ago against Croatia.

But, I wouldn't expect they would win against one of the favourites.

Germany is, for sure, one of the favourites.

In every tournament, they are amongst the best.

They have a great team, and they perform great on big events.

I certainly didn't expect them to lose in the opening game.

They are in groups with Sweden and South Korea, who are playing at the moment.

Result is 0-0 at the halftime, and it seems that Sweden is playing a little bit better.

Germany will have to beat both of these teams, if they want to go the next stage.

It would be a huge upset, if they don't go to the next stage.

Statistically, they were a lot better than Mexico.

But, Mexico had few huge chances to up their lead, but didn't score.

Germany on the other hand, had lots of long shots, and they had 26 shots.

Only goal was scored by Hector Lozano.

It was definitely a beautiful goal, after a beautiful play.

They performed great counter-attack.

I'm really happy for them.

They definitely deserved it.

I'm eager to see how this plays out.

Germany didn't look like we're used to seeing them.
