The goal was the fastest in a World Cup game since 1966, when Jose Augusto scored after 1:35 against Hungary and also sealed an incredible record of consistency over Ronaldo's career.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the first player in history score in eight consecutive major tournaments (W Cup, European Championships, Copa America etc) just to mention few.
The goal marked Ronaldo’s 51st career hat-trick and also the 51st hat-trick in World Cup history.
The 33-year-old has now scored 84 goals in 151 international appearances for Portugal.
