I like sport and, in general, I try to find jumping rope exercises more advanced that I can make. So I found great youtube channel, which I would like to share with you.

And what about you, did you like jumping rope?

As for me, it reminds me of my childhood, when my friends and I gathered in the courtyard and played a game who would jump higher and not stutter while the two twisted quickly rope.
