Training for new goals.
It has been a while since I posted something, but he I am. Let's give it another try.
New goals
I have been planning my competition for the first half of this year and there are a few new things. First of all on the 15th of April, I am competing in a swim/run. I have to swim 1km and I have to run 10km. This is new for me and I am really excited for it. On the 26th of May I am competing in a sprint triathlon in my hometown. This is nothing new, but it is in my hometown, so I am excited for it. Last but not least on the 23th of June I am competing in a obstacle run. The Strong Viking Water Edition 19km. This is also new for me and I am freaking nervous for it.
To compete in all of these I want to be strenger, so today I did a strength training.
A 50 kg squat
