Blatter is seeking asylum for legal action against FIFA...

Former FIFA president Sepp Blatter said on Thursday he was considering legal action against FIFA to restore his mind. In the midst of the biggest corruption scandal plaguing the International Federation in 2015, Blatter, who has been president of FIFA for 17 years, was suspended for six years for violating values, Reuters reported.

Blatter, 81, said he and his lawyers were currently considering going to court.

"My goal is to consider the decision of the FIFA Values Committee in light of the information and also the evidence I have received in connection with my suspension at the same time," Blatter said.
