Exersising with a baby! YES or NO WAY?!

Here I am 9 month after second child is here with us! Still breastfeeding with love and commitment!

Do I look happy to you?

No way! I want to sleep! I want to SLEEEP!

I do want to look lake before! I do want to be as strong as before, but, can I? really? 

I was running before the second pregnancy and it gave me a lot: health, shape and order in my head, so when i had my second child, I thought I woul run as soon as possible, but I was wrong!!!

May be it is my falt, because I am lasy, and old! I remember after my first child,  I came back to my pre weight just in 2 months...this time i was stuck just untill now! 9 months to get back to my weight! OMG!!!!

And running is still - pain to me! 

It is hard to fing time to run by myself, so I bought  a nice thing called  THULE  URBAN GLIDE, so I can run with my child...

Now I cant say...that I dont have time, anytime I go for a walk ... i run..But do I look happy , when i do it..probably not!

So I just let it be..i run, when I feel i can, not forsing mysef to be the best in it! i am not forsing myself to run on the days i barelly walk, because of the sleepless night, I try to do things with love, and the priorityis love to myself!!!!!

So this is a message to all the moms out there: LOVE yourself! You are beautiful! You made a best thing by givng a life to the child! Be proud! Be strong! Be beautiful!
