College is 100% free in these Countries
Everyone dreams to have free colleges all round the world. Unfortunately, the case isn't the same everywhere. However, there are certain countries in the world where the taxpayer pay the bill for all students looking out to getting a college degree.
These countries in question are mainly in Europe and have cultures that “take care of each other”.
