I have been practicing karate since 2000, now I am on a 3-year break. Recently I have been gathering strength in myself to return to training after this long break, so I was spread about the philosophy of the generally understood art of "empty hand" (empty emptiness; emptiness; hand). First of all karate is for everyone. Whether you are 7 or 70 years old. In fact, everyone can train and achieve good results in sports competitions. The Karate Principles assume that man is a matter and a spirit, so it is natural that he strives for perfection. In Karate, this is the way to perfection (Karate-do), everyone has their own, don't ask because I won't tell you what your Way is. When I started to train, I also didn't know anything about bushi-do, let alone Zen. However, by devoting yourself to training Karate everyone can find their way to the development of body and mind. Karate teaches patience, humility. This is the art you nurture for years. You train in spite of reluctance, and such episodes happen frequently.
With Karate you can shape character traits such as patience, tranquility and self-confidence.
Karate is also confident in developing skills based on the principles in general. It is the ability to instantly concentrate, the ability to perceive in a wide range of ways, and to perceive in detail, without emotional commitment. They also result from the Zen and bushi-do philosophies. You can only develop these skills through hard physical Karate training, by polishing combat techniques and striving for excellence.
As far as the physical side is concerned, one of the main principles is to measure every blow with the greatest force. In the Karate philosophy, the fight should end with a single punitive blow, inflicted with the greatest possible force. It should be remembered that this power does not come only from the muscles. Yes, they are important, but I think they play a secondary role. If we consider the impact in terms of kinetic potential, it is better to increase the speed of the hand or leg impact than its mass. The maximum impact velocity can only be achieved by relaxed muscles. In Karate, every impact is assumed to be an end blow, so every movement is made in harmony with the whole body, with the work of the legs, with the rotation of the hips, with the principle of levers. All this in one technique allows you to strike immediately, precisely and with maximum force. It is also important to bear in mind that physical and mental principles cannot be considered separately. Only by developing your body and spirit can you achieve incredible results.
I do not want to write here, because it is only a fraction of the knowledge about Karate. The best way to explore Karate's knowledge and art is to practice it. But this is not an adventure for 2-3 years. This is the Way you find, which is in harmony with your moral spirit and through which you become a happy and better person. This is also what....
