Oh sweet, however you don't need the delegation to play, it just increases what votes I can give out to my players. Would you be OK to be player 9? You can begin anywhere you want, but I would suggest searching the dump for string and a safety-pin to make a fishing pole with. The rod part can be a branch or an aluminum pole, but because the rod is slippery and you can't really tie a string to it without the string sliding off, you would need to secure the string to a hole or use sap as glue.
Oh... you also need bait, but once you catch/buy your first fish, it is possible to use fish-guts as bait (or any animal guts for that matter), so we don't ask that players add bait to their hooks after the first time. It is assumed that we always keep a little bit for bait for the next catch. Essentially, once you complete the fishing pole and put bait on it, it can be used indefinitely.
