Niche to the 9th Degree: Surrealism, Psychology, Neuroplasticity, Spirituality, and more...
Hello! I'm Mac, and at the time of writing this, I'm a few months into the biggest project of my life...
The Audible Omniest Podcast.
As a person who thrives on passion, (and drowns in boredom, when careless) I've spent a lot of my downtime in full blown research mode. It's not that I couldn't watch 50 First Dates again... I mean, it's not like I can ever remember how it ends anyways~ but something in me understands that brain food is good, and idleness creates more of itself.
I'm a woman, an artist AND a Leo, so I suffer from feeling everything... All the time. I figure if I must be very something, it's best to feel good things, and interest is always on tap.
All that said, I landed in fall of 2020 with a million tidbits of information packed in my head. To my best friends, I became the person who always offered a nice perspective. They told me this... Often, even.
Then I came to realize something: Interest feels good, but feeling helpful... Oof, that might just win by a landslide. Can we run helpful on full steam in the same way, though? Well, I'll be darned if I wouldn't try.
A theory here... An association there... A few stray comparisons...
Next thing you know, I start hitting that "everything is connected" vibe with wild and vivid detail. Passion strikes once more, and out it flows, running at 85% steam.
Or... #steem. Sorry, still new here.
Alas! The topics are rolling in:
And the to-record list dwarfs the quiet moments, my goodness. How visual processing can be trained, thoughts on the utility of guilt, kinetic energy...

All I can say for now is, stay tuned. Or better yet... Stay #Surreal.
