I'm using volumetric dosing. Basically a 100ug tab in a jar of 100ml of water. People say you should use pure alcohol or at least 50% alcohol/50% water, but there really is no need. Just shake up the jar 2-3 times over a period of 24hrs. It should dissolve into the water within an hour, anyway, but I leave it to be sure.
I generally use 10ug per day. My particular situation called for a dose every day for the first two weeks (I surprisingly had no tolerance), but I've changed back to the planned dose every third day.
