Anger is negative energy, it can't be stopped by forcing yourself, you can't command yourself to control it. Anger has many sources and it is a reaction but it grows if somebody put more negative energy into the on going anger. Anger can only be stopped by letting go of this negative energy, and all the other energies that are supporting it. I liked your article, I know for a reason that what you've written is practically tested and works for real.

Thank you, I appreciate your input. We will always be challenged by life situations and anger is a natural reaction, but we can learn to control it. Your thoughts can magnify anger to rage and then action for revenge. By re-directing your mind you can circumvent this path. Thoughts are powerful, they can create stress which physically poisons your body. Thoughts create energy within that others can naturally feel emanating from you. When you're calm people can feel it. It works in reverse as well. I'm sure you've met people you are almost magnetically repelled from even though they haven't said a word as you can literally feel the negativity coming from them. Their negative thoughts are being mirrored back to them in the physical world. They are creating their own reality.
