When Does Spirituality Become NARCISSISM?

What's up?! These are some thoughts from a 10 year + meditator and someone on the "spiritual path".

Great video and all great points!✅✅✅ I think you and I are at similar stages in our evolution. The peak of my spiritual practice was roughly 5-6 years ago.

I think we get to a stage in our development where it doesn’t need to be the mask that we wear any longer. A spiritual practice can be walking meditation or just doing every day tasks. I like what you said about being balanced and that’s what I was thinking as I watched the video.

Sometimes we need to stop being so focused inward and focusing on the higher self and just be a human being for a while, and embrace our animal instincts to just be. 🐅

At some point you have to put down the green tea and get away from meditation for a while. It’s been years since I’ve meditated consistently or even spent time in silence.

Recently with this juice fast I’m on, Ive been intentionally spending more time in meditation and it’s been doing wonders for my body and mind all over again.

I find balance in going to Crossfit and somewhere between the intensity, downloading massive amounts of oxygen and meditating I’m feeling whole again.

I’d be happy to discuss any health challenges and see if we can’t improve them a little. This could be the answer to pain in the body. It truly is a miracle.

Great vid and keep up the good work!♻️🍀📈

Awesome and thank you for the comment! I believe we need to redefine what is spiritual... my "peak" was 5-6 years ago too, but that definition should be updated. What does it mean to be spiritual? If it can be taken away (peak states, intuition, connection) through a health challenge, then is it really something to "latch" onto anyway?)

Yes, and life can throw shit at us that doesn't fit any model, all the tools don't work, everything goes out the window. That's where I've been the last few years. I can't compare myself to who I was back then... God, so much to go into here!

Yes, I believe that at a point we need to consciously choose to just be a fucking human. And not be so attached to growth. Like I said, life may hit you with a disease that knocks your energy off. Hit you with immense depression and dementia even. Life is a bitch. So going with the flow, even when you feel like your entire identity has been destroyed, is the key (if there even is a key).

Seems like we've both "been there" and now we're in a different life mode/phase, whether by conscious choice or outside forces.

Yeah, crossfit is awesome if it aligns with you. Glad you are doing it, and yeah, sucking in all that O2 can only be good :)

I've done tons of energy medicine, from frequency machines to kill off bugs and shit, PEMF, Coils, but never a Bemer. I'll take a look, thanks dude!

Agree, agree, agree!!! I remember being so high and I thought to myself, “How empty life would be if I never felt sadness again,” and BANG, in an instant
I was human again.

I’ve learned to love to be tired and low as much as I love being high and energized. I AM here to experience everything life has to offer.. as long as it aligns with my personal values and all that.😋

My buddy has a Rife Machine and I’ve yet to try it. That’s next on the list!!💯

BEMER is magic/ miracles/ and more but you have to give it Time. Imagine getting every tube, micro tube and vessel in your body moving, clearing waste and flowing for 24 hours at a time✨✨✨✨

praise be to mother earth

My Buddhist approach is that first you become totally self adsorbed, and when the attachment to the self dissolves, then focus on compassion for others.
