Rise & Fall.. Small circles within larger ones
emotions are the gateway to the bliss when you learn how to feel and process them in the right way which is truthful to who you really are. Its so difficult coming to terms with them when your ascending because everything’s a million times stronger. I never realised it be this hard it can be completely debilitating then sooo blissful all in the same day. Its so easy to flip one way or the other maybe its a few things that happen in a day or maybe we forget that our happiness comes from within from the connection to our bodies, its easily forgotten. People keep telling me this phase will pass and i know its true as i can see how they are.. so i’ll carry on fighting with what seems like a devolution of growth. You have to go down to go up and keep going down till you remember and catch yourself before you descend into the abyss of desperation, want and resistance to what is only then will reality start working for you instead of against

you are an old soul, with lots of things to remember. You seem to be on a very magic soul travel and don't be afraid to ask for guidance on your way. the channel is always open.
As you say emotions are just a fleeting pathway on your journey. They are the truth of your now but not the ultimate truth of your soul necessarily. It's beautiful to see how your resistance is becoming your great friend and teacher.

Many of your emotions are just a replay from other lives, but I think you already knew that. It can seem more exciting to feel that things are happening for the first time, but you are truly ready to break out of that circle. You're ready to have fun in this life.
