Meditation is the best medication for any type of problem-related to the body. When the meditation topic comes people are highly confused how to start with meditation. A well-written article that details clearly about meditation. Of course, it is not very easy to start off with meditation. A strong determination will be necessary.
For people who have good control over mind, it will take around 20 mins to reach the perfect state of meditation. For others, it may take several minutes. But with good practice and consistency, people can easily reach the good state of meditation. The feeling that meditation gives can only be experienced, it can never be expressed.
Very well said Bala, yes to start it takes an effort, cause to sit doing nothing is the most difficult task but when you get the flavour of it you never want to stop
