Spirituality is a Personal Relationship with the Divine; Religion is Crowd Control

Spirituality is an innate drive to evolve, to improve, to push the boundaries, reach our full potential. The drive to continuously grow and learn, live a life authentic to our truth, develop our mind to understand the Universal truth and expand our consciousness. We keep asking Why Why Why....and the creator answers every time. During this process, we develop a personal relationship with the Divine which is authentic, real and came out of real experiences.

On the other hand, 'Religion' is blindly following someone else's interpretations and beliefs. It is one of the most effective means to control and manipulate the masses. One cannot ask questions, pieces of evidence or basis, they have to follow out of fear, power, guilt, and lust. Every religion is feeding on these negative emotions of people and thereby controlling them.

Spirituality and Religion are not just dissimilar but two ends of the pole. Spiritually brings you closure to the creator while religion takes you away from him.
