Everything is changing and many of us seem to be overwhelmed with the intensity of the Universal shift taking place.
Human beings have the tendency to cling to the old and resist the new, yet change is our DNA. Many keep looking back, reminiscing about "the good old times' or waiting for things to go back to normal. The truth is - nothing is ever going back.

As Plato well put "Nothing ever IS but is always becoming."

You and me have this never changing part of who we are - Cosmic SELF, Soul, Spirit.
What is Cosmic SELF?
It is our eternal indestructible nature, the Higher Intelligence that we all have within. It is pure Consciousness, it is AWARENESS. It is the very essence of who we are, the part of our SELF that has never been born and never will die. It is the part of our SELF that knows no fear and no limits. Cosmic Self does not care about our cultural conditioning or collective programming. It follows no rules, it operates according to Universal principles of existence.

This part of us knows the bigger picture and is always
a l w a y s doing well, regardless our human circumstances.
We experience our humanness through our Cosmic Self.
It is our connection to this part of our SELF that determines the picture of reality that we get to observe.
You probably heard this - "We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are."
And that is where the secret IS.

The more aware and connected we are to this cosmic part of our SELF - the more this glorious mess called life makes sense.
Spiritual teachers told us about this part of our SELF for thousands of years. Cosmic Self also known as Transcendental Self, Avinas, Atma, Spirit, Higher Self. etc.

In yoga philosophy this Cosmic SELF is cutely called PURUSHA. Realization of this cosmic part of our self is in fact - the ultimate goal of yoga. So, as you can see, yoga goes much deeper then standing on our heads or twisting our bodies into pretzels, that is just a foreplay.

Purusha or Cosmic Self is what connects us to everything and everyone around us. It is what determines our experiences in life.
Tapping into this concept allows us to understand reality from a deeper perspective and navigate through life with more ease.

Cosmic Self and reality.
On the other hand, everything around us is called PRAKRITI.
Prakriti is CREATION, it is Nature in all her expressions.
Yogis call it the "primal motive force". It is something that is always a l w a y s changing. Ever changing Prakriti - is another Universal law.
Each and every day, knowing it or not, we engage in this continuous dance between our Cosmic Self and the world around us.

So, we have this never changing eternal Cosmic SELF that interacts with ever changing field.
The more we resist the change - the more suffering we experience. The more we allow, the more we listen to our Cosmic Self - the more we find ourselves in the flow.

Purusha and Prakriti dance is all there is to know, all there is to understand at this point.
We all know what happens when two skilled dance partners engage in the dance - we get to witness a masterpiece, don't we?

Knowing our Cosmic Self, understanding the interaction with the world around us can bring a lot of relief and save us from an unnecessary suffering.

May You dance beautifully & always a l w a y s remember who You really are.
