Shift from 3D to 5D

I started feeling this shift over two years ago, everything under the sun mutated from carbon 12 to carbon 7. What does this mean for us? Shifting from 3D to 5D. In a 5D world, our soul will have more expression on the human instrument, we will recognize people from a soul perspective.
Some people are awake to this reality and those that are not only mean you didn't set your alarm to awakened yet.

It's very important to raise your frequency high and prepare for this change in consciousness. Meditation, yoga, spending time in nature, eating foods that raise your vibration.
