Setting an alarm for 94 minutes in a day time nap will wake you up right after you have had an REM cycle, which is when you are most likely dreaming. I find that this is a sure fire way to recall a day time nap dream.
I am going to wear tuxedos to sleep more often now.

It took me a couple times to watch the whole thing back in the day, but I remember they said you should never tell anyone what your reality checking totem mechanism is. I wonder if you agree with this? do you keep the methods with witch you check reality in a dream a secret from others?
I sort of do, but just because I like that kind of magical thinking.

Yes, good point for experimenters... I usually sleep for 1.5 - 2 hours in a row and then wake up, and I remember my dreams every time.
