Love this post and topic! "Healing deep rooted issues that have been covered up for way too long... This is by far the hardest of tasks but yet the most rewarding!"

So many don't know how to "get" to the wound so they just stuff them down and cover them up. Shining the light of Awareness and being willing to "meet" our childhood wounds is THE most liberating and empowering thing that we can do on our journey.

I just did an entire radio show interview on this yesterday.
