1st off platform Investment complete, Sunday round up post & SPI Token revalue
Hello and happy Sunday to everyone. It has been another great day for SteemPower Investment and things are still keeping up pace. The true value of the SPI token is starting to increase as more than 5,500 have been issued bringing us more than half way to reaching to first coin issue target of 10,000 were 200 SPI tokens are gave away and the token is revalued on the steem-engine exchange most likely costing roughly 5% more than today. Getting in early is key to building a big pot.
Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. Investments are funded through extracting value out of STEEM POWER and taking advantage of STEEM's high inflation rate. Long term lease secured
Around 2 hours ago @spinvest leased 5,000 SP to @steemcryptosicko for a weekly payment of 20 STEEM which works out to around 20.8% and off market means no fees. This will be a long term lease and will provide a nice weekly passive income.
First off platform done
Around 1 hour back i did SteemPower Investment 1st off platform investment and it was abit of a fail. I will be releasing the post tomorrow, our BTC is safe but not as safe as it could be on a paper wallet, i never took into consideration a min withdraw amount. Tomorrows post will show the transaction from STEEM to BTC via Binance

I could go with this but i think alot more trust would be required over now, private keys would need to be shared and getting a true SPI token is harder but with that said, i do like the idea to decentralize more.

Investors soon to be members are starting to write posts and share there thoughts about SPI getting the idea out there and other like schubes are writing posts with community idea's and building structure. As time goes on and SteemPower Investments matures, steem-engine grows and more tickets are issued this could become a busy tag full of great community incentives, informational and just pain investment chat. Before any investments are done, i need to sell SPI Tokens
Before we get the ball going properly i need to sell some SPI Tokens. You can buy them directly from me for 1 STEEM each are buy them from the ever popular steem-engine exchange for 1.02 STEEM each. The more eyes that see my posts they quicker everyone makes more money faster.
Right now, each SPI token costs 1 STEEM but when 10,000 are issued, the token will be revalued and prop never cost 1 STEEM again. With the way SPI is set up, the price should only go up and never drop under 1 STEEM. There are around 5000 tokens sold so far in the first 12 days so it might be a good time to buy them while they are this cheap. 100 SPI tokens would only cost you $28 and they be worth much more some day. Im long about long term investing and growing our money up strong. You can send any amount of STEEM you like to @spinvest and you will receive the same amount in SPI shares up to 2 decimals. All SPI tokens (shares) will be transferred to investor’s steem-engine accounts within 24 hours of sale completion .

Keep up the good work, I'll get some more soon. Also not sure if your aware but BTC Paper wallet generator website got hacked, I think it was any paper wallet created after Aug of 2018 are compromised. Someone hacked and created a duplicate of each that are generated. So I wouldn't trust it at all.... I think it was paper wallet.org but don't quote me one it. Lol
Damn, that's no good. The BTC is still on the exchange as we dont have enough to make a withdrawl, lol. Fail on my part there.

Maybe it does not have to be paper wwllet, the electrum wallet seems pretty safe also.

Have you considered putting the btc into Celsius wallet where interest is paid weekly and seems a legit project looking at the people behind it. Involves kyc. I have had crypto in the wallet for some time no problems and they pay weekly interest.

Another option nexo paying upto 10% but currently on stable coins will be introducing other crypto soon. Once again seems legit with the people behind it. Have a look into both when you get a chance and run it by the investors they may know something I dont

Interesting, I didn't know there was a minimum withdrawal rate, so I've learned something already. I was just looking at Bitcoin myself as the price is dropping, but I realised from this post, I'm not quite ready yet.
I think @schubes is raising some interesting points about decentralisation but I feel a bit wary about this idea at this stage. It's a good starter for thinking about how to share responsibilities and scale, but I'm not sure about the safeguards.
