Actually these costumes that wear "els Gegants petits del Pi" are from 1960 according to what the entity that take care of them explains in its own website:
La imatge que se’ls donà l’any 1960 correspon a l’estil modern de les classes acomodades de principis de segle XIX: ella amb un llarg vestit amb volants i ell, elegant, amb jaqueta marró, armilla i portant un bastó i un barret de copa a la mà. Aquesta imatge és la que ja lluïen a principis del XIX i que ens ha arribat fins avui en gravats i rajoles de l’època.
It says (in catalan) that the costumes were given to them in 1960 according to what had been found in engravings and tiles.

Thanks! I was thinking about these concrete "gegants' that are "els gegants petits del Pi". Most of the "gegants" in Catalonia have older costumes, but due to its fragility or its lost, the old costumes have been replaced for replicas to preserve the original ones.
