7 kilo de camarones limpios y abiertos a lo largo; 1/2 taza de vinagre; 1 taza de harina; 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear; 1 cerveza; 2 tazas de aceite; 1/2 kilo de jitomate asado, pelado, molido y colado; 3 chiles verdes asados y cortados en tiritas; 1 cebolla picada; 2 huevos cocidos y rebanados; 3 limones en rodajas; 2 jitomates rebanados; 1 manojo de rábanos; unas hojas de lechuga; sal y pimienta.
