¡Me presento a Steemit! | Introducing myself to Steemit!

¡Saludos a la comunidad de Steemit! Estoy muy feliz de finalmente haberme animado a dar un paso hacia adelante en mi carrera artística para venir aquí y compartir con ustedes todos mis avances, pasar un buen rato y poder ver a otros igualmente mostrando los talentos que con tanto esfuerzo han construido. Sin más preámbulos, me presento:

Me llaman Momo. Actualmente tengo 18 años y soy estudiante de psicología en Estados Unidos, pero nací en Venezuela. Entre mis hobbies están pintar, dibujar y escribir; si eventualmente creceré fuera de estas tres formas de expresión, eso estará por verse. Luego de ciertos cambios en mi vida realicé que gran parte de mí como ser humano solo consigue expresarse a través de la pintura, que amaba como olía y como se sentía que a pesar de ser quien sostuviese el pincel, lo que salía de aquella unión de colores siempre era algo fuera de mis expectativas.

Por otro lado, poseo variedad de personajes originales con los que suelo construir historias sola o con mis compañeros, por lo que espero igualmente comenzar a crecer en el ámbito de la escritura.

Cabe destacar que igualmente disfruto de cosas como el anime, manga e interminable cantidad de géneros musicales, principalmente el visual kei. Aquello ha tenido un fuerte impacto en mi estilo de dibujo y pintura, pues empecé hace años dibujando a mis personajes favoritos y he seguido creando mis propios.

Con el paso del tiempo he comenzado a notar que mis personajes son más de lo que en un inicio imaginé. Mientras más los desarrollo más siento una conexión con ellos, y a la hora de tener que hacerlos sufrir o desaparecer de su propia historia, es como dejar ir una pequeña parte de mí.

Me siento muy emocionada de poder comenzar a compartir obras de mi propia autoría y dejarles leer relatos que he escrito con todo el corazón. Ojalá les guste y puedan disfrutar de ello tanto como yo lo hago.

Greetings to the Steemit community! I am very happy to finally have encouraged me to take a step forward in my artistic career to come and share with you all my advances, have a good time and be able to see others showing the talents that they have built with so much effort. Now, let me introduce myself:

You can call me Momo. I am currently 18 years old and I am a psychology student in the United States, but I am from Venezuela. Among my hobbies are painting, drawing and writing; if I can, eventually, develop other forms of expression, it will be seen over time. After certain changes in my life I realized that a large part of me as a human being only manages to express itself through painting, that I loved how the paint smelled and how it felt that despite being the one who held the brush, what came out of that mix of colors was always something beyond my expectations.

On the other hand, I have a variety of original characters with whom I usually build stories by my own or with my colleagues, so I also hope to start growing my writing skills.

I also enjoy things like anime, manga and endless amount of musical genres, mainly visual kei. That has had a strong impact on my drawing and painting style, since I started drawing my favorite characters several years ago and have continued creating my own.

With the passage of time I have begun to notice that my characters are more than what I initially imagined. The more I write the more I feel a connection with them, and at the time of having to make them suffer or disappear from their own history, it is like letting go a small part of me.

I feel very excited to start sharing works of my own authorship and let you all read stories that I have written with all my heart. I hope you like it and can enjoy it as much as I do.
