Salsas Mexicanas
La salsas picantes mexicanas, un deleite para el paladar hay desde no picantes hasta muy muy picantes, en México como es conocido el picante no puede faltar a la hora de comer y para darles alguna idea de cuales salsas son las que más se preparan en éste país les daré una pequeña reseña de algunas salsas, espero les guste ;)
Mole
Extremadamente muy delicioso y muchas veces no es tan picante, elaborado a base de especias y chiles, existen muchas variedades de este, como el mole verde, almendrado, pepita verde, de cacahuate, mole de olla de pipian y muchos más! Su consistencia en general es espesa y se acompaña principalmente con carnes de ternera, cerdo o pollo, definir el sabor de cada mole es difícil pero sin duda es una de las salsas más representativas de México y que te aseguro te gustara incluso si no te gusta el picante!
Salsa borracha
Como su nombre lo dice, esta salsa lleva como ingrediente principal alguna bebida alcohólica como pulque o cerveza dependiendo del que más te guste y chile pasilla, la bebida es el ingrediente que la hace destacar sobre las demás salsas y tengo que advertir que es muy picante pero perfecta para acompañar carnes.
Guacamole
He hablado de esta salsa antes disfrutada sobre todo como una botana, pero la incluyo en este post porque es una de las que más se disfruta en México por su delicioso sabor a aguacate y el toque de chile verde, sinceramente no suele ser picante pero en ocaciones los chiles son engañosos y no sabes cuanto podría picar la salsa, deberías de probarla si tienes la oportunidad, fácil de realizar y excelente para botanear.
Salsa de jitomate o ranchera
Esta es una salsa que casi nunca falta en mi casa, hecha a base de chile de árbol y jitomate, en ocaciones se usa chile verde para prepararla y si se usa este ingrediente no suele ser muy picosa pero con chile de árbol si, si pica pero es deliciosa y muy buena para acompañar tacos y pastas.
Salsa de chile habanero
Buscabas algo picante? Esta es ideal, el chile habanero famoso por ser muy muy picante, una salsa que pica pero tiene toque de dulzura ;) ya que otro de sus ingredientes es el jugo de la naranja
Todas las salsas son para darle un mejor sabor a todo alimento o simplemente para disfrutarlas con unos totopos y servirlas de botana, aún hay muchas mas salsas mexicanas de las cuales les hablaré en otro post :)
