This theory published by GarnierMalet in 1988 is as interesting and profound as it is powerful and useful for humanity. This theory presents the unbreakable thread that connects the human with everything that surrounds us and offers the possibility of making true what we think and as a result, changing our future.
Our intention is not to make a scientific postulate (since we are not Scientifics) about the theory, but to explain in an understandable way the main premises, its extension and applicability. GarnierMalet states everything is doubled. All of us, the planet, the universe. We exist in a corpuscular or physical state as in a wave or energetic state (called the double) that moves at a different time and at a higher speed than our physical form perceives.
While we think, we create what he calls potential futures where our double explores the possibilities of those thoughts and brings, in an exchange of information, to the physical state, the best he could extract from said potential futures to be manifested in our present. So the saying “be careful of what you wish or think" becomes a big deal.
What we think (in a macro or global sense) becomes a path that can be taken by any individual who has access to that information. So the thoughts driven by some negative emotions or feeling as well as the positive ones, are the creators of millions of both pleasant and unpleasant realities.
Therefore, it is very important to take care of our thoughts because that is where the reality we experience will come from.
The author of the doubling theory expresses that the exchange of information between the double and the physical state happens constantly, but it is at the moment that we go to sleep and fall into the REM phase when the biggest communication or exchange occurs. That is the importance of going to sleep in a benevolent state and just before falling asleep, we make the request we want in the form of a conversation with our double. That is, to talk to our wave state, requiring him to look for the best potential future.
