Se guardan unos melones pequeños en el hielo por dos días para que se hielen hasta adentro. Se parten por la mitad y se les quitan las pepas con una cuchara. Se llenan con cascos de naranjas pelados, frambuesas, cascos de damascos, Se les espolvorea un poquito de azúcar y se sirven así. Llenos con cascos de naranjas y frambuesas únicamente son exquisitos. Se espolvorean con un poco de azúcar y al Último momento se les echará un poquito de champagne o vino espumante.
