Arroz con Leche
• 1 taza de arroz • 7 tazas de agua • 1 lata de leche condensada • 2 taza de leche líquida • 1 ramita de canela • 1 cdita. de vainilla • 1 pizca de sal • Cáscara o corteza de limón (opcional) Hierva el agua, agregue el arroz cocínelo hasta que ablande, luego agregue la leche condensada y la leche líquida, la canela en rama y la vainilla. Revuelva y deje que se consuma un poco el líquido. Retire del fuego y sirva caliente o frío según su gusto. Se puede decorar con canela en polvo y hojas de naranja.
