Today we can focus our positive thoughts on what is worthy and what is edifying. We live in a world full of distractions and worries, the word of God gives us a clear and precise guide to maintain peace by being thankful at all times.
As we read and live the word of God we learn to concentrate on what is true, just and pure, apart from a positive mentality this helps us maintain peace and our life is in line with God's desire by fully trusting in his promises.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
