Suspiritos de amor y dulce por @Isvecita
Saludos cordiales steemers.
Cuando hablamos de suspiros de amor lo relacionamos a las respuestas que permanecieron en el aire. Y debemos saber que muchos de ellos encierran más amor que cualquier beso.
Los suspiros del corazón son los recuerdos del amor que deambulan en la búsqueda del azul del cielo.
También son esa palabra que deseas escuchar o el bálsamo que te ayuda a no llorar, a pesar de que todo el ser lo desea.
Cuando ya no resistimos y afloramos nuestro llanto como un susurro de agua, los suspiros desvanecen y florecen los reflejos del alma.
Existen otros suspiros que nos endulzan la vida al momento de disfrutarlos.
En esta ocasión les comparto una receta muy fácil y sabrosa.
PREPARACION
- Lo primero que debemos hacer es precalentar el horno a 70 o 90 grados centígrados y preparar la bandeja con papel parafinado o papel de aluminio.
- Seguidamente cocinamos las claras a baño de maría hasta cuando se observe que el azúcar está completamente diluido en el huevo y no se vean grumos.
- La claras no deben tener rastros de yemas, ni agua porque no subirán.
- Hay que remover constantemente o si no lo hacemos las claras se cocinaran, cuando esté listo retiramos del fuego.
- En un envase limpio y seco vaciamos la mezcla anterior y batimos con batidora de mano o ayudante de cocina a velocidad media-rápida hasta que se vea brillante.
- Cuando al levantar las varillas de la batidora se hagan picos que se mantienen sin caerse es cuando ya esta listo el merengue, o podemos voltear el envase y notaremos que la mezcla no se derrama.
- Colocar la mezcla en una manga pastelera e ir haciendo los suspiros a gusto personal, deben ser altos y gorditos para que no se quemen y todos deben ser del mismo tamaño para que su cocción sea pareja.
- Hornear de 1 hora y media a 2 horas hasta que que estén secos. Podemos dejarlos 30 minutos en el horno después de apagado para que se terminen de secar.
TIPS A SABER:
Es importante tener en cuenta que utensilios a usar deben estar libres de grasa y completamente secos.
Las claras deben estar a temperatura ambiente.
El azúcar se integra mejor si esta pulverizada.
Podemos agregar una pizca de sal antes de empezar a batir la claras para realzar el sabor.
Si es tu gusto le podrías agregar unas gotitas de limón para darle brillo.

TIPS:
