This country (my country), is currently going through one of the greatest economic crises, accompanied by political and social tension that increase exponentially, which for no one is a secret, because international media and Venezuelans themselves have been responsible for disseminating this reality.

Baffled by the situation country, Venezuelans and foreigners lose the vision of rough diamond that Venezuela is at this time. That is why today I give myself the task of advocating and selling the good of my country, but before talking to you about your landscapes, food or people, I will start talking about something other people prefer: numbers, statistics and money.

Venezuela is the country with the largest oil reserves worldwide, this reserve is approximately 297.6 billion barrels, which are valued at $16,665,500,000,000, enough to buy 6 times an army like the one that has the United States (USA), this being the largest and most powerful today. It also has the largest gold reserve in all of Latin America. In this way we understand the importance and influence that Venezuela has for the countries of the region and the world.

After having spoken a little finances, it is now to refer to those places in our country that steals our breath because of its beauty, because Venezuela deserves that the lyrics of their songs say "I Am desert, jungle, snow and volcano." In this country you will be able to visit:

• deserts as they represent the "Medanos de Coro", Falcon State; with dunes over 8 m high.
• areas of Nevada as it is the Sierra Nevada National Park, in which are located the "Pico Bolívar" (the highest geographical accident of Venezuela with 4978 MASL) and the cable car of Merida (tourist cable car higher and long of the world).
• The Venezuelan Amazon rainforest, which protects animals in danger of extinction as is the Arpía eagle.
• Islands and archipelagos, such as Los Roques, Tortuga Island, Car and Margarita (the Pearl of the Caribbean), some of the examples.
• Last and no less important, Canaima National Park. This House is the "Roraima" (Hill or Tepuy highest of all the Sierra de Pacaraima, which arrives to Brazil) and the Angel Falls, which is one of the 7 Wonders of the world.

The country of arepas, has endless dishes and traditional you can taste, among them the Apera clearly, followed by high heels (speciality of Zulia), a pavilion Creole (great for lunch), plates with hand cheese and among many other dishes of which you will be in love.

They say that a country, neither does nor the resources that its land possesses, nor the government that is in force, these two factors influence but do not define it, this will actually be defined by people who in the habite, which I totally agree with.

In my opinion Venezuela is a great country that is going through a bad time. A great country?, if, because in the essence of Venezuela is to be someone solidarity, good friend and worker, someone who despite the difficulties continues to strive because he wants the best for him and others. This is how not only do you win contests of beauty, gold medals at the Olympics, music awards or international debates, but as well as boys and girls with tricolor in their veins mark the pattern inside and outside our borders in anything they do.

Si de historias interesantes se trata, Venezuela se lleva el premio. Este país (mi país), actualmente esta atravesando por una de las mas grandes crisis económicas, acompañada de tensión política y social que aumentan de manera exponencial, cosa que para nadie es un secreto, ya que medios internacionales y los propios venezolanos se han encargado de difundir esta realidad.

Desconcertados por la situación país, venezolanos y extranjeros pierden la visión de diamante en bruto que Venezuela es en este momento. Es por ello que hoy me doy la tarea de abogar y vender lo bueno de mi país, pero antes de hablarte sobre sus paisajes, comida o gente, empezare hablando acerca de algo que otras personas prefieren: números, estadísticas y dinero.

Venezuela es el país con mayor reserva de petroleo a nivel mundial, dicha reserva esta aproximadamente por los 297.600.000.000 barriles, los cuales estan valuados en $16.665.500.000.000, lo suficiente como para comprar 6 veces un ejercito como el que tiene Estados Unidos (EEUU), siendo este el mas grande y que tiene mayor fuerza en la actualidad. Así mismo cuenta con la mayor reserva de oro de toda américa latina. De esta manera se entiende la importancia e influencia que tiene venezuela para con los países de la región y del mundo.

Luego de haber hablado un poco de finanzas, es ahora de hacerle referencia a aquellos lugares de nuestro país que nos roba el aliento debido a su belleza, ya que Venezuela tiene merecido que las letras de sus canciones digan "Soy desierto, selva, nieve y volcán". En este país podrás visitar:

• desiertos como lo representan los "Medanos de Coro", estado falcón; con dunas de mas de 8m de altura.
• zonas de nevada como lo es el Parque Nacional Sierra Nevada, en el cual se ubican el "Pico Bolívar" (accidente geográfico mas alto de Venezuela con 4978 msnm) y el teleférico de Mérida (teleférico turístico mas alto y largo del mundo).
• La selva amazónica venezolana, que resguarda a animales en peligro de extinción como lo es el aguila arpia.
• islas y archipiélagos, como los roques, isla tortuga, coche y margarita (la perla del caribe), algunos de los ejemplos.
• por ultimo y no menos importante, el Parque Nacional Canaima. Este alberga al "Roraima" (cerro o tepuy mas alto de toda la Sierra de Pacaraima, la cual llega hasta brasil) y el Salto Angel, que es una de las 7 maravilla del mundo.

El país de las arepas, tiene un sin fin de platos y tradicionales que puedes degustar, entre ellos la apera claramente, seguido de patacones (especialidad del zulia), un pabellón criollo (genial para el almuerzo), cachapas con queso de mano y entre muchos otros platos de los cuales quedaras enamorado.

Dicen que un país, no lo hace ni los recursos que su tierra posee, ni el gobierno que este vigente, estos dos factores influyen pero no lo definen, este en realidad estará definido por gente que en el habite, cosa con la que estoy totalmente de acuerdo.

En mi opinión Venezuela es un gran país que este pasando por un mal momento. Un gran país?, si, ya que en la esencia del Venezolano esta ser alguien solidario, buen amigo y trabajador, alguien que a pesar de las dificultades sigue esforzándose porque quiere lo mejor para el y para los demás. Es así como no solo se ganan concursos de bellezas, medallas de oro en la olimpiadas, premios en cuanto a la música o debates internacionales, sino como también chicos y chicas con tricolor en sus venas marcan pauta dentro y fuera de nuestras fronteras en cualquier cosa que hagan.

Perder la fe en su país, es perder la fe en ti mismo. Animo Venezuela, eres grande!
