My Steem Monster! (Eng & Esp)

Hoy vengo con la intención de traerles lo que fue mi concepto de creación de un personaje que bien puede ser utilizado para cualquier cosa, pero yo lo estoy presentando como posibilidad para el proyecto de los @steemmonsters mi propuesta "steem monster" la primera que presento para el concurso semanal y que estoy por mostrarles ahora!
Today I come with the intention of bringing you what was my concept of creating a character that can be used for anything, but I am presenting it as a possibility for the project of the @steemmonsters my proposal "steem monster" the first one I present for the weekly contest and I'm about to show you now!
Fase 1: Los bocetos
Phase 1: The sketches
It was a very peculiar process, in which I was creating the general idea of the monster, with the help of good advice from @valentinas23, @robinsonlgil and @healthyFit and I was creating what would come if the general concept of the monster, a Pretty peculiar monster with curious proportions and characteristics very much like the smash of the cards!

| Me dí cuenta que los pies no me cabrían dentro del espacio de trabajo, por lo que decidí colocarlos en el espacio de la hoja que tenía al alcance, en una postura más cómoda y estable para el personaje en cuestión. | I realized that my feet would not fit inside the workspace, so I decided to place them in the space of the blade that was within reach, in a more comfortable and stable position for the character in question. |

| Recuerden dejar sus trabajos después de remarcados con el rotulador negro, fuera del alcance de sus gatos con patas mojadas, si no quieren que les pase lo que me pasó a mi aquí en esta parte (lo bueno fue que no haría mas nada después de este paso, porque si no ahi si hubiese sufrido) | Remember to leave your work after being marked with the black marker, out of reach of your cats with wet legs, if you do not want what happens to me here in this part (the good thing was that I would not do anything after this step, because if not there if I had suffered) |

Fase 2: La Vectorización
Phase 2: The Vectorization
Once finished with what was the process to paper and pencil, I went through the digital process, in which I relied on Adobe Illustrator Cs6 to do what is called the "vectorization" of the drawing, and I have to say It was a very laborious job but it had a good final result, but we are going in parts:
| El trabajo de líneas fue lo segundo (si lo segundo) más laborioso de toda la ilustración, todo un reto pasar los trazos que hago con la mano izquierda, al mouse con la mano derecha, pero vamos que si se puede! alli lo ven! | The line work was the second (if the second) more laborious of the entire illustration, a challenge to pass the strokes that I do with my left hand, the mouse with my right hand, but we can do it! You can see it there! |

| ME costó decidir entre qué colores utilizar para el monstruo, ya que no quería usar los típicos colores verdes que se suelen usar para este tipo de personajes, y aun asi quería que se viera con una personalidad adecuada y que su color demostrara eso mismo, al final me quedé con esta elección de color. | It was hard for me to decide between what colors to use for the monster, since I did not want to use the typical green colors that are usually used for this type of characters, and even so I wanted it to be seen with a suitable personality and its color to demonstrate that same, final I was left with this choice of color. |

Fase 3: El Arte Final
Phase 3: The Final Art
Una vez hecho el trabajo de color, me tocó la parte más laboriosa de todas: el sombreado.
Tomando en cuenta que se fue la luz un par de veces y tuve que re-hacer varias partes del sombreado, diría que esta fue sin duda la parte más difícil de toda la ilustración, sin embargo quedé muy satisfecho con el resultado, esper oque haya sifo el caso para ustedes también, y que les haya gustado tanto como a mi, muchas gracias por el tiempo para acompañarme y deseenme éxito en el concurso!

Once the color work was done, I got the most laborious part of all: shading.
Taking into account that the light went out a couple of times and I had to re-do several parts of the shading, I would say that this was undoubtedly the most difficult part of the illustration, nevertheless I was very satisfied with the result, I hope that I know the case for you too, and that you liked it as much as I did, thank you very much for the time to accompany me and wish me success in the contest!

Excelente y si te comprendo, para alguien que dibuja en papel con la izquierda y tenga que hacerlo de nuevo en la Pc, a mause y con la otra mano, debió ser algo rudo!

excelente trabajo, aunque personalmente me agrada mas el personaje sin el fondo. pero igual me sigue pareciendo brutal.
si bueno, el fondo fue solo un extra que le coloqué para no dejarlo sin nada, pero muchísimas gracias vale! que fino que te gustó :)
