Arepa de remolacha
Hola amigos Feliz y Bendecido Martes
El día de hoy les dare una receta super facil de unas deliciosas arepas de remolacha
1 remolacha pequeña
1/2 Tasa de harina de maiz
2 cdt de Linaza o Avena
Agua
Sal
Hervimos la remolacha por unos 20 minutos hasta que este blanda,cuando esté blanda la licuaremos con agua, con esa mezcla vamos a amasar la harina de maíz , agregamos la linaza o avena y nuestra pizca de sal a la masa, se hace la forma de la arepa, llevamos al sarten unos 15 o 10 minutos de cada lado y LISTOOO!!! Rellenala a tu gusto
