La flor de loto en las ilustraciones pinturas o tatuajes, tiene un fuerte significado en la cultura asiática pues se trata de representar el significado de la vida y la lucha que libramos cada uno de nosotros para sobrellevarla por buen camino. Mientras que los cráneos o las calaveras indican la celebración de la vida y el rendir culto a sus antepasados, la calavera implica una aceptación dela propia mortalidad y de nuestro paso por la vida. En esta pintura unimos estos dos significados con finalidad de representar la vida y la muerte

La técnica utilizada para la realización de esta pintura en acrílico fue de lavado o técnica de agua, que consta de diluir la pintura acrílica con agua, también puedes utilizar la pintura aguada para aplicar lavados traslucidos en la obra.

TIPS:

• Si deseas que tus pinturas tengan colores limpios y luminosos debes tener dos tarros de agua limpia, uno en el que limpiaras el pincel para eliminarlos residuos de a mezcla anterior y otro en el que una vez secado el pincel mojaras para ejecutar la siguiente mezcla (cambia el agua del primer tarro cuando veas que está muy sucia)

• Protege tus obras de arte con barniz al finalizar

TIPS:

• If you want your painting to have clean and bright colors, you should have two jars of clean water, one in which you will clean the brush to eliminate residues of the previous mixture and another one in which once you dry the brush you will wet it to execute the next mixture (change the water in the first jar when you see that it is very dirty)

• Protect your artwork with varnish at the end
