Recientemente la cámara baja de Argentina aprobó una ley para legalizar el aborto. Aún quedan muchas dudas y por supuesto, quisiera dar mi opinión sobre este tema tan delicado.

Quiero expresar que como todo en la humanidad depende de matices, somos humanos y como tal somos seres que estamos alejados del blanco o negro, de lo bueno o lo malo. Creo que somos un hermoso color gris, más oscuro en unos casos, más claro en otros.

Ahora bien, el aborto es bueno o malo? En sociedades más avanzadas su discusión así como la de la legalización de la droga, y el matrimonio igualitario ya se encuentra llegando a su final, mientras en nuestras sociedades aún falta mucho por el inicio de su discusión. No pretendo aquí cambiar de opinión a nadie. Solo expresar mi pensamiento de forma más holgada, de forma más extensiva.

El aborto debe ser legal. Sin más.

¿Por qué?
Porque es una decisión intrínseca de cada mujer, y en determinados casos y si así lo decide con su pareja. Muchos intentarán limitarlo exclusivamente a varios casos como lo son: interrupción del embarazo en caso de aborto, interrupción del embarazo en caso de que sea peligroso para la madre o en caso de que el cigoto no sea apto para la vida. Está la postura más radical que se limita a dar a luz al bebé sin importar nada de lo demás, básicamente es una construcción religiosa.

Ahora bien, artículos en contra del aborto conseguirán a montones pero a favor, muy pocos. Y quiero que lo leas pensando no en tu construcción moral y ética, deseo que solo por esta vez olvides todo lo que te han enseñado en casa y veas otras posibilidades.

El embarazo para mí puede ser deseado o no deseado, si es deseado ninguna mujer abortará, pero ¿sí es no deseado inmediatamente todas las mujeres querrán abortar? Obviamente eso es una completa falacia, solo desearan abortar un número limitado (por porcentaje sinceramente no lo conozco) y un número aún más limitado buscará la forma de abortar, y un número aún más reducido se practicará efectivamente el aborto. ¿Que quiere decir esto? Que no por legalizar el aborto inmediatamente todas las mujeres que no deseen tener hijos van a abortar. Porque existen construcciones sociales entorno a los bebés, y cada mujer deseara o no el hijo.

Ahora hablemos del riesgo de la ilegalización, un tema que conozco bastante bien porque en Venezuela es ilegal y trae como consecuencia que conozca una gran cantidad de abortos frustrados pero que se quedan sin una respuesta del estado en tema de impunidad. Hay varios casos, y les presento 4. 3 de mujeres con poco dinero y el último de una con bastante dinero.

El primero fue de una adolescente, que quedó embarazada, intento interrumpir su embarazo introduciendo en su vagina un alambre, lastimó la bolsa en que se encontraba el cigoto, le vino una hemorragia y murió desangrada.

El segundo caso es de una universitaria que utilizo el cytotec como medida de aborto, no le hizo efectos a ella pero si al nonato que quedó lastimado y hoy día no es una persona "normal" (en mi muro encontrarán otro artículo referente a este tipo de personas, las cuales apoyo y doy mi afecto)

y el tercer caso es de una joven profesional que tuvo sexo casual, quedó embarazada fue a una clinica clandestina y logicamnte ilegal, sin profesionales para hacerse el aborto a las semanas murió por una infección generalizada. (Las tres aplicaron un método invasivo para detener el embarazo y dos de tres murieron, la otro daño irremediablemente a su hijo).

El cuarto caso no tiene un final feliz, pues al final siempre se interrumpe la vida de un inocente, pero no existió un mayor riesgo. La cuarta mujer, de 18 años, adinerada salió de Venezuela, fue a España, se hizo el aborto (allí es legal) fue vigilada por médicos especialistas, duro en observación una semana y regreso a los 15 días. ¿Cómo estará ella hoy día? ¿Arrepentida por su aborto? ¿Feliz por la decisión? Realmente es muy esquiva con el tema, me imagino que en el fondo estará arrepentida. Pero... Ella tuvo la mejor atención, no se hizo daño, el aborto fue efectivo por lo tanto no dejo en malas condiciones al niño por nacer.

Para mí el debate se centra en darle mayor protección a mujer embarazada que desea abortar, que no ponga su vida en riesgo, más alla de cuestiones morales aqui hablamos de salud, seguridad Porque una mujer decidida a abortar lo hará y no importa que tan extremo sea el método. Es decir, si podemos asegurar una forma efectiva sin causar daño ni persecución estadal, esa fórmula se debe seguir.

However, articles against abortion will get lots but in favor, very few. And I want you to read it thinking not about your moral and ethical construction, I wish that only this time you will forget everything that you have been taught at home and see other possibilities.

Pregnancy for me may be desired or unwanted, if desired, no woman will abort, but if it is not immediately desired, all women will want to have an abortion? Obviously that is a complete fallacy, they will only want to abort a limited number (as a percentage I honestly do not know it) and an even more limited number will seek the way to abort, and an even smaller number will effectively practice abortion. What does this mean? That not to legalize abortion immediately all women who do not want to have children will abort. Now let's talk about the risk of illegalization, an issue that I know quite well because in Venezuela it is illegal and as a consequence it knows a lot of frustrated abortions but they are left without a response from the state on the issue of impunity. and the third case is that of a young professional who had casual sex, she became pregnant, went to a clandestine and logically illegal clinic, without professionals to have an abortion after weeks she died of a generalized infection. (All three applied an invasive method to stop the pregnancy and two of three died, the other irremediably damaged her son).

The fourth case does not have a happy ending, because in the end the life of an innocent person is always interrupted, but there was no greater risk. The fourth woman, 18, wealthy left Venezuela, went to Spain, had an abortion (there is legal) was monitored by medical specialists, hard on observation for a week and return after 15 days. How will she be today? Repent for your abortion? Happy about the decision? It really is very elusive with the subject, I imagine that deep down she will be repentant. But ... For me, the debate focuses on giving greater protection to a pregnant woman who wants to have an abortion, who does not put her life at risk, beyond moral issues. Here we talk about health, safety Because a woman determined to abort will do so and no matter how extreme be the method.
