# LEVITANDO SOBRE SAL

Desde niño he estado vinculado al mar. Mis primeros pasos los realicé en la arena de la playa, así que mi historia está bañada de sal, arena y sol. De manera tal que forjé mi profesión como Biólogo marino, desarrollé mi afición al buceo, y me hice docente universitario para formar nuevas generaciones. Revisando entre mis archivos, encontré una foto que me encanta; se la tomé a una de mis estudiantes durante un trabajo de campo. Esta foto me gustó mucho porque me transmitió un sentimiento que siempre he tenido, pero que logré visualizarlo mejor al mirar la imagen.

Since I was a child I have been linked to the sea. My first steps were made in the sand of the beach, so my story is bathed in salt, sand and sun. In such a way that I made my profession as a marine biologist, developed my love of diving, and became a university professor to train new generations. Checking through my files, I found a picture that I love; I took it from one of my students during a fieldwork. This photo I liked a lot because it conveyed a feeling that I have always had, but I managed to visualize it better when looking at the image.

Este sentimiento del cual les hablo lo siento cada vez que estoy en la superficie del mar, contemplando el fondo, preparándome para una inmersión en buceo libre (a pulmón). Una percepción del entorno natural y de mí mismo, que traté de plasmar en letras, haciendo este poema que escribí hace unos años y me gustaría compartir con ustedes...

This feeling of which I speak I feel it every time I am on the surface of the sea, contemplating the bottom, preparing myself for a dive in free diving (without air cylinder). A perception of the natural environment and of myself, that I tried to translate into letters, making this poem that I wrote a few years ago and would like to share with you ...
