I discovered the last days on golos.io the interesting post of @davidk a developer who made #steem-php here the link of the article. By the way we are launching a CERT center with the #globalschool and #coji-internationale in Abidjan.

I'll try to make a post soon about it. However, It might be an occasion to develop a framework with motivated steemians to build a smart shield (a many to many (or to 1) solution using crowd intelligence and AI) against spams and other APT to prevent cybercrimes and other malicious prosecutions on this wonderful platform and tool which enable people to cooperate and get fullfilling rewards.
