Presence of ionized halo spotted on Nebula IC 5148 after recent observations
Using ESO's Very Large Telescope (VLT), astronomers recently underwent observations of the planetary nebula IC 5148. This is a new study, and a paper published October 2 on the arXiv pre-print server, unraveled the presence of IC 5148 ionized halo which provides underlying parameters of its central star.
