The best way to fight with technocracy is to use ... technology ...... and philosophy. Technology (open software, open science, 3D printed guns, open software AI for private desktops etc.) against - mass social media, surveillance, media propaganda, attempts to control human minds etc. The second remedy is the one even more efficient.
