New solution to S. American crisis!

You can't always get what you want. But if you try, sometimes, you get what you need....

Step 1. Send UAV's over crime infested countries in south america.

Step 2. Locate all or most criminal head quarters in infested countries.

Step 3. Dump loads of warning notes demanding their immediate surrender to coming forces and monitor activity

Step 4. After stated time period has passed if criminals within infested countries chose NOT to surrender;
-send in special forces to secure civilian personelle with minimal casualties then,
-use our high tech military to take out primary offensive and defensive points, and/ or
Spec ops to disrupt line of leadership in criminal parties. Ultimately forcing defeat of majority of criminal populus.

Step 5. Bring in OUR construction companies to rebuild damages done from conflict, using better technologies and materials than before to ensure economic prosperity in future to come. All the while demanding the country repay the debt they would owe for the new home we built for them, and the military support we gave them.

Step 6. Place person into leadership that will honor debt agreement as well as enforce specific law that will regulate the crime and perhaps if needed economy.

This is a simplified plan i have to bring a solution to the issues in south america.... we most DEFINATELY have the capabilities compared to those countries....

Only 1 problem aye... 'where are the CURRENT south americans going to stay???...

Idfk let em live on a boat for while..... itll get em out of people countries...

There ARE very large cruise style ships with tons of rooms...... so just charge the country to use some refurbished/ decommisioned boat to house their people... huzzah!

We profit in the long run by having multiple smaller countries owe us a larger debt...

Capitalism has a price, and when your country has fallen this far into disarray, then you MUST pay to get it fixed.
