Being a leader means sometimes sacrificing our own happines...
Very enlighting, our hearts hides the struggle and challenges we've overcome in the past. Due to our fighting spirit and caring nature people often think we can handle absolutely anything... But still we are human however, and sometimes the scars have to remain hidden...
very well said dear pam , sometimes i used to think to can just relax only and be a follower but circumstances bring us always to show up, to lead, bring us another project to work and it is not our well but the people who known us ... and being a leader we have the most biggest responsibility to the success of all the people who've trusted on us , but sometimes we failed and the only thing we need to do is to go on and be strong and rise again.
