First off, I want to say that I'm really happy to be engaging in a Steem based music project again. I was really sad to see open mic disappear, but when one door closes...
I have to admit, I didn't play much in the time I've been on 'hiatus' from here. That said, I've recently started playing more and with some encouragement from @Krystle when I first found out about Sonic Groove, I was excited to enter.
I just checked before posting this and it looks like I mangled the rules but I'm cool with it not counting :shrug: haha.
So here's my cover of Sleep by Azure Ray.

Could have definitely done with some water! At least I cleared my self along with the rhythm :D
I dig the sad songs. ha ha. It would kill my own personal fanbase if I abandoned them. I'm a melancholy extremist.

First of all.. that was seriously quite fantastic, I am familiar with that song and can honestly say that you nailed it. I love your voice, very delicate and yet commanding. Well done ♥
Secondly, do you use discord? Since you're entering the SGL contest, it would be awesome to also have you in the server so you can mingle with other contestants, musicians.. fans .. smartasses like me. There are fewer smartasses than awesome musicians and such. If that is more of an attraction.
